TXDL (Techsdale), a nonprofit organization that conducts STEM education for Black and diverse youth.
The ask:
Create an online learning portal as well as update the promotional website. The project required a site audit to determine what existing content would be carried forward. Additionally the site had to be fast loading and accessible across all platforms.
The goal:
Design a learner-centered digital ecosystem that supports both program delivery and engagement for TXDL, a Canadian STEM nonprofit serving Black and diverse youth. The goal was not only to modernize the promotional website, but to apply Learning Experience Design (LXD) principles to create an intuitive, accessible online learning portal enhanced with an AI-powered chatbot to support learners in real time.

Solution:
Leveraging WordPress, HyperGraphik Design developed a cohesive platform that blends marketing and learning into a single experience. The solution integrates LearnDash LMS with BuddyBoss to enable structured, community-driven learning journeys.
To further enhance the experience, an AI chatbot was introduced to provide on-demand guidance, answering questions, supporting navigation, and reinforcing learning content through contextual assistance..
